Information We Collect

We only collect the information we need to move your shipment and keep you informed about it. Depending on how you use our services this may include:

  • Contact details — your name, company, email address, phone number and postal address
  • Shipment details — pickup and delivery addresses, package contents, weight, dimensions and declared value
  • Recipient details — the name, address and contact information of the person receiving your shipment
  • Payment information — billing address and transaction records (card details are handled by our payment processor, never stored on our servers)
  • Identification documents — where customs, aviation or live-animal regulations require them
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited on this website
02

How We Use It

Your information is used for the following purposes and nothing else:

  • Arranging, routing and delivering your shipment
  • Generating tracking numbers and providing live tracking updates
  • Completing customs, security and regulatory documentation
  • Processing payments, refunds and claims
  • Responding to enquiries and providing customer support
  • Sending service notifications such as delivery alerts and delay notices
  • Detecting and preventing fraud or misuse of our services
  • Improving our website, pricing and service coverage

We do not sell your data. We have never sold personal information to third parties and we do not rent or trade customer lists.

03

Tracking Pages

Anyone holding a tracking number can view the status of the shipment it belongs to. Tracking pages are deliberately limited: they show the shipment's stage, route, expected delivery window and any updates our team has posted.

Treat your tracking number like a receipt. If you believe a tracking number has been shared with someone who should not have it, contact us and we will issue a replacement.

04

Who We Share With

Delivering internationally means other organisations necessarily handle your shipment. We share the minimum information required with:

  • Carriers, airlines, shipping lines and last-mile delivery partners
  • Customs authorities, border agencies and aviation security bodies
  • Warehousing and cargo-handling agents at origin, transit and destination
  • Payment processors and banks, for the purpose of settling your invoice
  • Insurers and claims assessors, where a claim has been raised
  • Law enforcement or regulators, where we are legally required to do so

Every partner we work with is required to protect your information and to use it only for the purpose we shared it for.

05

Cookies & Analytics

This website uses cookies to keep the site working correctly, to remember your preferences and to understand which pages people find useful. We use:

  • Essential cookies — required for forms, sessions and security
  • Preference cookies — remember settings such as your chosen language
  • Analytics cookies — anonymous, aggregated statistics about site usage

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site, including the tracking form, from working.

06

How We Protect It

We use encrypted connections for all data sent to and from this website, restrict staff access to shipment records on a need-to-know basis, and store passwords only in hashed form. Payment card details never touch our servers.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your personal information we will notify you and the relevant authorities without undue delay.

07

How Long We Keep It

Shipment and tracking records are retained for as long as customs, tax and transport regulations require — typically seven years from the date of delivery. Enquiries that do not result in a booking are deleted within twelve months.

When a retention period ends the records are securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

08

Your Rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
  • Ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep
  • Object to or restrict how we use your information
  • Receive your information in a portable, machine-readable format
  • Withdraw consent for marketing messages at any time

To exercise any of these rights email us using the address below. We respond to every request within 30 days.

09

International Transfers

Because we deliver to more than 130 countries, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own. Wherever data travels we apply the same protections described in this policy and use recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

10

Children

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will remove it.

11

Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on our homepage before they take effect.
